The original Suzuki radiator cap over time can begin to let coolant puke out the overflow. This is no only bad for the engine, but can be very dangerous if coolant gets on the rear tire. Dale has tested the CV4 20 pound pressure cap on his 1250 with good results. Dale also recommends running the coolant level below the over flow tanks low mark when cold.
